The customer service at this bank is amazing! Everybody is happy, friendly, smiling, and truly wanting to help. I walked in two minutes before the bank was to close and the teller Katelyn smiled and said come on over I’ll take care of you. Thank you.

I've been banking with Chase for a long time and I have never been looked down on by any of their employees until now. I bought and paid for a CHASE CASHIER CHECK for a fee a while ago. I needed to take care of my bills and decided to cash the check. There's no Chase around where I'm staying, and I have to travel to get to one. I had some issues with my account access that I needed assistance with. I met with personal banker Christian Nixon. He was amazing! He walked through everything with me and got all of the issues I was experiencing taken care of. Thank you Christian for the great work! Highly reccomend!
