You need to fix the atm situation. What the hell is the point of being you customer if i cant access my money at any time. I wasted my time coming here.
No need in locking front door for customer use. Only Chase bank I know that locks their doors to customers needing an ATM
alessandra is a terrible manager im not sure why she is even working there. what were they thinking when they gave her that position. her employees do everything while she just sits on her phone.
7:24pm Front door locked! Multiple people can't use this ATM. This has been an issue for months now! We have our "Chase Card" but we can't enter the ATM room?
