Mina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took me as a walk-in, solved everything I needed, and answered all my questions with grace.
Chase has lied and decieved me on a recorded line several times. Take your mortgage business elsewhere. Recently they have been harassing me incessantly for documents, which I have supplied 4 times. They won't stop harassing me.
I opened up a bank account 16 days ago and it’s been 15 days since I been waiting for my card to come in the mail it’s supposed to take up to 7-10 business days I was told but that’s a damn lie.
