Chase bank is horrible and horrendous. Their employees are not helpful and they are rude. No one wants to go above and beyond. If I could give them a zero rating I would! 👎🏾
The drive through ATM can’t read bills 😂
Chase Bank scammed me. After depositing funds into the account, the coupon amount was not reimbursed as promised. The branch manager and staff at this branch did not support my legitimate case, forcing me to return multiple times and failing to respond to important emails. I urge individuals to avoid having any banking relationships with Chase due to their fraudulent schemes and policies.
