Horrible customer service , Person which is Assist me unprofessional , he don’t wanna talk, he don’t wanna assist
Having banked in multiple bank branches over the years, I found the service at this location to be the worst. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and egoistic, and did not seem to know how to talk to customers. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend not visiting this branch.
Not so much a rating on the service offered here however a review of the building design. I would avoid going here as the office computers are all street side facing making shoulder surfing of credentials and information a breeze. One hidden camera is all it would take to get a hold of keystrokes and information off the screen. At least install some type of photo chromatic film to prevent this basic physical data security flaw.
