I had an excellent experience with Vinh. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I came in needing a document notarized and he handled everything quickly and with care, making the process smooth and stress free. It is rare to find someone who is both efficient and personable. Having banked in multiple bank branches over the years, I found the service at this location to be the worst. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and egoistic, and did not seem to know how to talk to customers. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend not visiting this branch.
