Poorly managed branch. Gotta love it when there’s one teller who is busy with a customer for 15 min and 6 other employees standing around but no one can help you. Then they ask if they can help you use the ATM. If I wanted to use the ATM, I would have and I wouldn’t have come in your branch.
Only one banker is working, even if you want to open an account. Try another branch maybe you can find someone to help you.
I had to open High School Checking account for my Kid and took appointment online. The banking associate and manager were super friendly and took care of our ask with ease. They spent extra time to explain all features of the account and chase app to my 14 yr old. Best experience and wonderful products to choose from.
Life is short. Way too short to be dealing with the people that work in this building. I urge you to go on Reddit and other threads and research Chase Bank.
