The drive through ATM cash dispenser almost jammed my $100 bill. And it came out all torn. Luckily in one piece. But Chase is not a good bank to have a checking account at. They keep raising the service/maintenance fee to have an account. I know that having a direct deposit can prevent that fee, but that is only for $500 minimum deposit. Also the Credit card services are trash. Every time I call I have someone just reading a script, when I ask a question they start the script from the top.
Good, easy banking.
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MANNERS...CAME IN WITH $1200 IN CASH TO DEPOSIT INTO MY ACCOUNT...AND WAS DIRECTED THE ATM THAT ACCEPTS 200BILLS AT ONE TIME...I COULD HAVE EASULY DONE THAT OUTSIDE IN THE DRIVE UP ATM I SPECIFICALLY WENT INSIDE TO DEPOSIT WITH A TELLER, BECAUSE I HAD ALMOST $600 IN ONES, SHE WAS RUDE AND THEN HOVERED AND ASKED IF I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE MACHINE ACCEPTING MY BILLS...WELL YES ACTUALLY I DID, WHEN I HAVE TO DEPOSIT LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY PRIMARILY IN $1 I GO INSIDE BECAUSE THEY OFTEN ARE DIFFICULT TO... read more
Poorly managed branch. Gotta love it when there’s one teller who is busy with a customer for 15 min and 6 other employees standing around but no one can help you. Then they ask if they can help you use the ATM. If I wanted to use the ATM, I would have and I wouldn’t have come in your branch.
Only one banker is working, even if you want to open an account. Try another branch maybe you can find someone to help you.
