Really miss First Republic. Harvard Sq office doesn't seem like an operation operated by Mr. Dimon. Lots of people standing around, have to get assigned to someone before anything happens.

The branch manager in the lobby on June1st was really bad. He is not only impatient, but also discriminate people. He talked to me without any courtesy , but when another white male customer came, he literally rudely stopped our conversation and showed all his patience to that person and trying to help. I should also call the customer service to report this bad experience I had so far. Have to come here again 3 months later on Sep.9th, bad service still.
