Opened an account with sole purpose of needing a new debit card to get my monthly expenses paid. In the branch, they had deposit my check on the app without telling me there would be a 10 DAY hold. I was very upfront with why I was there and that I needed this new account because I no longer had access to my old bank and I needed to get everything paid up. I feel I was not advised appropriately and now this has caused so many more unnecessary hoops for me to jump through for something that should have totally been avoided. W... read more
I've had good service at this branch location since opening a business account.
The branch manager refused to do something that we were informed by calling chase customer service is routine when closing out an account and needing to withdraw funds bc the account is restricted. Called chase back and they called the branch on 119th and we were able to go get our funds. I wouldn’t recommend this location only one guy was cheerful and helpful

About the worse experience I have had at any bank, not the same Chase that I remember from over 15 years ago when I first opened an account. I had numerous issues in the past trying to open a business account so I had taken my business to Wells Fargo. When opening another company I figured maybe things had improved since my last business banking experience with them 5 or so years ago. Nope, its significantly worse!
