I came to this bank to try it out and had an extremely disappointing experience. The bank manager was unpleasant, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. The ATM took $600 from my account, and when I reported it, I was told I would have to wait 10 days to get my money back. No urgency. No concern. No solution. I had bills due and was essentially told to wait it out. I was forced to withdraw $2,000 from my corporate account at another bank just to cover my bills. I apologize if i’m spelling your name wrong, but Jillian was amazing, I’ve worked customer service my whole life and she nailed it! Huge asset to the company!
New to Chase and so far at every location I have been to, I've had good experiences. My past financial institution (the only one I've ever had) was in my previous state and we always had issues. Chase has been a breath of fresh air!
Not the best experience. Not sure chase was the choice for me.
