the people is nice but will not CASH there own checks
chase bank has a wonderful crew of people who go beyond what they have to do and do much more they helped me get back after i had fraud on my checking account they are the people who know exactly what to do i would recommend them to anyone in
Every time I stopped into this branch, I was greeted with warm smiles, helped with in minutes, and left feeling accomplished. Nice building too.
Big Ego with no Results.
I would leave 0 stars if possible. My husband and I had a 4:00 PM appointment to open a joint checking account. Due to heavy rain, we ran a bit late. We both called ahead and left messages to inform the staff and asked for a call back if our delay would be an issue. I arrived at 4:17 PM and was told they couldn’t start the process without my husband present because opening an account “takes an hour” and they close at 5:00 PM.
