Nice bank the best bank
Chase has three of the nicest ladies working at this location. I believe the branch has more than 3 ladies but not today
I came to this bank to try it out and had an extremely disappointing experience. The bank manager was unpleasant, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. The ATM took $600 from my account, and when I reported it, I was told I would have to wait 10 days to get my money back. No urgency. No concern. No solution. I had bills due and was essentially told to wait it out. I was forced to withdraw $2,000 from my corporate account at another bank just to cover my bills.
