Received a phone call from this branch. The moment I said hello they hung up. I googled the number which led me to this location. I had to visit my local branch to express my concern. I was then advised to call the branch to find out why they called me. They don't answer the phone and then the automated system tells you to call the 800 number. Relocated down here due to the impact of Hurricane Helene on WNC. Several promotions were going on with several banks due to tax refund season. Chase was one of those "Get $300 when you open a checking out! with qualifying direct deposits" Great!
