Relocated down here due to the impact of Hurricane Helene on WNC. Several promotions were going on with several banks due to tax refund season. Chase was one of those "Get $300 when you open a checking out! with qualifying direct deposits" Great! Very Rude Staff And Racist! Very Disappointed Just Lost A New Customer!
Came in to get a document notarized. After signing me in I sat for over an hour waiting. Finally someone came out and told me unfortunately I cannot use thier notary service because they had appointments with other customers upcoming. Why check me in have me wait for well over an hour? This location makes me want to cancel with chase all together. Every time there is some sort of issue with staff here. They days of friendly banking are gone.. very unfortunate.
