My experience as a bank customer — 3 months so far, and everything has been great. The staff are very pleasant and professional; I’ve interacted with two managers and some tellers. The branch is clean and cozy. I’ll continue to observe :)
They are so slow they literally work like snails. And they definitely don’t answer the phone
This branch is very unprofessional. They made an error where the checks they gave me were non valid which almost resulted in me not being able to move into my new apartment 2 DAYS before my signing. In what world do you walk into a professional bank and receive faulty checks????
