I had some unusual banking things I had to do with this branch, and the employees working with me were helpful navigating these unfamiliar tasks with me. I might give Chase, the bank as a whole, 4 stars (it's okay, but has its annoyances), but this branch has been very good every time I visit.
I has scheduled an appointment went to the wrong chase the bank was empty the lady was meeting with no one and was still trying to rush me out the door didn't even want to schedule a differentiating for me just straight out the door slim lady works in the second office as u come in the door
Very bad customer service, I was so happy to find chase bank in Memphis. But I haven't had a very good experience with these branches.
