Johnathan Parker went above and beyond excellent service. I walked into the bank just to ask about getting a new credit card and I learned how to do Google wallet, I learned about investing, the current CD rates, all about the benefits of doing business with Chase and wow I even learned about apps on my phone that I did not even know the benefit. I am totally blown away. So glad I accidentally walked in here
The lady who helps me after 30 minutes waiting, she was busy in her cellphone and she didn’t put right information on the wire transfer and didn’t go true to the company I was sending it. Then banks took money from my account and didn’t come back completely. They don’t care about because I’m the one who is losing money.
