This has been the most horrifying experience with a bank I’ve ever had. I’ve had a relationship with Chase for 2 years through CC. Johnathan Parker went above and beyond excellent service. I walked into the bank just to ask about getting a new credit card and I learned how to do Google wallet, I learned about investing, the current CD rates, all about the benefits of doing business with Chase and wow I even learned about apps on my phone that I did not even know the benefit. I am totally blown away. So glad I accidentally walked in here
