We came into the location and received a very warm greeting from the staff. We needed to execute a wire transaction and was told it would be a bit. The lovely Branch Manager MS Matthew and MS Taylor were willing to drop everything they were working on to assist us once they understood we were on a limited time crunch. We truly are completely Satisfied Chase Customers because of these two ladies commitment to an amazing customer experience. Keep up the good work Melissa and Bailli.

Extremely disappointed with how Chase Bank in downtown Charleston handled my fraud situation. Instead of support, I was told I can’t open any new accounts with them—no explanation, no clarity, nothing. This is very inconvenient because I'm in college, without a car, and Chase is in a good walking distance. Is this how they treat loyal customers? Being penalized for being a victim of fraud is a new low. Definitely reconsidering my choice of bank.
