Extremely disappointed with how Chase Bank in downtown Charleston handled my fraud situation. Instead of support, I was told I can’t open any new accounts with them—no explanation, no clarity, nothing. This is very inconvenient because I'm in college, without a car, and Chase is in a good walking distance. Is this how they treat loyal customers? Being penalized for being a victim of fraud is a new low. Definitely reconsidering my choice of bank.
