Extremely disappointed with how Chase Bank in downtown Charleston handled my fraud situation. Instead of support, I was told I can’t open any new accounts with them—no explanation, no clarity, nothing. This is very inconvenient because I'm in college, without a car, and Chase is in a good walking distance. Is this how they treat loyal customers? Being penalized for being a victim of fraud is a new low. Definitely reconsidering my choice of bank.

Been a Chase customer for 20+ years and really love this branch. Bright, clean space. Always met with friendly professionalism. Special call out that Sean is incredible and willing to deep dive financial questions I have. Definitely recommend!
