I normally receive excellent service with banker Mayra, but today a rude lady closed the door on me when all I needed was to use the lobby ATM to withdraw a larger amount. She just stood there watching from the inside, so clearly she was in no rush to complete the task.

They can be extremely stupid sometimes, or evil, or both. When you apply for a hardship extension. Their policy is that you need to have an income, to apply for a hardship extension!! WHAT kind of RIDICULOUS policy is that ? If I had an income I wouldn't be applying for a hardship assistance.
