Went on a Saturday morning to open an account, the lady asked what we needed we told her we wanted to open an account, she got some guy looked up on thier computer and then told us that they didnt have any appointments available to open an account today. There was not a single person in there when we went. I dont mind waiting to open an account but if I to schedule an appointment just to open one is that what im going to have to do if I have banking troubles. Ryan at this chase location was very helpful and took care of everything we needed
I normally receive excellent service with banker Mayra, but today a rude lady closed the door on me when all I needed was to use the lobby ATM to withdraw a larger amount. She just stood there watching from the inside, so clearly she was in no rush to complete the task.
