Customer service is incompetent. Make me wait for One hour! And at the end they told me they’re were to busy to help me, that had to come back some another day. Customer service is incompetent.
Went to open an account for my mother in law, was asked to come back as apparently they were "super busy" ..like how? People were sitting idle.. Anyways, good for them - I will be now going to Bank of America! And this is NOT the first time this has happened that I had go without gettung things done!
Carlos is so incredibly helpful! Very personable, and definitely on top of all the facts, tips, and tricks to make banking here easier and better, than pretty much anywhere else. My husband and I were very grateful for his assistance in our visit yesterday.

I always am greeted by name here, by everyone, even though I am a new customer. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Even referred me to a great local place for a pedicure. I could not be happier with the service and care I receive at this Chase branch. 10/10!!
