As much as I hate to say it, I know why the name is Chase Bank because they chase their customers out with four servers and bad attitudes.
Everyone moving near or north of 30 mile and vandyke that are chase clients be aware that the ATM at this branch is down at least a half a dozen times a month , its the closest bank to my home and I have to drive 15 mins south to get to it , we moved from an area that had several branches with in 5 miles and now im stuck driving even further because this branch is consistently down. Anytime I go into the Chase Bank in Washington, they're attentive and very politely available. It's terrific Chase offers this service and financial guidance if you want or need assistance. The always seek to understand and seek to meet any needs I may have and they do it with a smile and care to meet our needs. BRAVO all of you, RD
