Incredibly unfriendly staff, specifically Twinkle Waghel. It's hard to imagine a worse service for opening a business account from a bank, is it really Chase?
I scheduled a meeting to notarize the docs, but when I met the representative, she said I can't notarized photo ID documents and non photo ID docs. If this is the case, the representative should reach in advance and inform what kind of doc can be notarized or not. The behavior of the representative was, like, not at all interested in hearing and doing the notarization.
