Definitely the best branch in the area! Helpful and genuinely nice people…. Even when you show up at the end of their day!
The best thing about this Chase branch on Rea Road is their Saturday hours! They are open from 9 AM to 1 PM, which is a huge lifesaver. It’s so convenient to be able to handle banking on the weekend if you are too busy during the work week. Great service and very convenient.

Don’t bother going to this branch after 4:00pm, although the sign says it’s open until 5:00pm. Even if no one is in the bank but other employees, they will look at you like why are you here and they will tell you to come back the next business day. Don’t be a black customer either and then they really don’t want to entertain you. Poor customer service, standards, and attitude is the hallmark of this location. Never say never but I will never revisit this location for any reason.
