I am Collierville TN Local resident. I was greeted by Branch Manager with respect, she was extremely well behaved. Though I didn’t make appointment but she made sure I was taken care of. Mr. Micah Crosswhite was extremely nice when opening my checking account, he made some corrections to my citizenship in system, nicely explained all steps in respectful way. I don’t know why this brand has 3.5 star reviews, but because of Micah Crosswhite this branch should deserve 5 stars or may be more than that. Thank you, Awais Ahmed

This bank has allowed someone to attach a temporary address to my account. Problem is I have never stepped foot into this branch. Chase is making me worry about the protection of my account. I spoke with Angelina over the phone (the supervisor ) and she attempted to charge me for Chase mistake to send me a debit card express. I was told I could not speak with her supervisor nor could she provide me the temporary address attached to my card. Chase is about to loose a customer.
