Beware, Chase 0 fraud protection is false advertising. They allowed someone to call in and change our address and phone number on the account and order a new debit card. This allowed the scammed to transfer and withdrawal over 17k in 36 hours. To make matter worse, the scammer also cashed a check into the account for another Chase customer. This check ended up bouncing after the account was drained, leaving the account negative $1900. Which now Chase is threatening to take to collections. Sammy helped me out with an issue. Very friendly, stuck with me until it was resolved. Everyone inside was nice.
The ATM does not work with the tap and pay on your phone the other Chase Banks work but this one doesn't and it's a brand new bank you have tap and pay on your ATM it should work on any phone anytime it's the future catch up why don't you
I have been to this branch 3 times in the past half dozen moths and the staff is consistently friendly and authentically helpful
