I was in this town today to open a business account and I thought it was very good. Mr. Ron helped me very well, giving me all his experience to open my new business account. The process was very fast with the help of this professional.
Yes, this branch is clueless. They have no management all they have is greeters ! No one knows how to do anything. I’ve been a customer for 11 years. If I need anything I call my branch in Ohio where I opened my account. They do more for me 5 hours away then this branch can do face to face !
