I usually don’t write a lot of reviews… but wanted to share my experience. Went in this past week with my son to open a bank account and Autumn was amazing. She was very pleasant, thorough and personable. She took her time to explain and answer any questions we had. She also made great conversation with us and was fun to talk to. Thank you, Autumn for the great customer service and wish you all the best.
Call during business hours and nobody answers. Phone rang for almost 5 minutes before I hung up.
