**For the Manager** I just wanted to leave a 5 star review for Marie. I came in for help with a withdrawal but she went above and beyond showing me another way to access the ATM without my debit card. It will make it so much easier in the future for me and she went out of her way to even help me at the ATM. She was amazing and I wish all tellers were like her! thank you Marie 💜

The branch manager (African woman) judged and laughed at my autistic 4 year old as he sat on the floor playing games on his device, stating, "He just wants to do whatever he wants to do." Because i didn't force him to sit on my lap in her office. She never spoke to him or made any other positive remarks to ensure we were comfortable while being provided service. Don't answer their phones. I'm disabled and need to call ahead to confirm services and they didn't answer. I called twice a day at different times and nothing. Should be looked into.
