If anyone needs a great banker who will follow up with you and treat you with respect, call up Spencer Heilman at this branch. I had a fraud issue on one of my credit cards since September 2023 and Spencer worked tirelessly to solve the issue for me. I also like how I am welcomed into the branch by every employee who's in the branch whenever I come visit.

This is the Chase bank to go to for help with anything you need in Lees Summit, Mo. DO NOT GO TO 860 NE LANGSFORD RD! TRUST ME! At this location Kristen (Home store Independence, Mo.) was so helpful and kind to me. She educated me on the Chase app and showed me how to work it, she did her best to do a wire transfer but we couldn’t today but I’ll try again tomorrow through the app. I feel good about it.
