The branch manager (African woman) judged and laughed at my autistic 4 year old as he sat on the floor playing games on his device, stating, "He just wants to do whatever he wants to do." Because i didn't force him to sit on my lap in her office. She never spoke to him or made any other positive remarks to ensure we were comfortable while being provided service. Don't answer their phones. I'm disabled and need to call ahead to confirm services and they didn't answer. I called twice a day at different times and nothing. Should be looked into.

If anyone needs a great banker who will follow up with you and treat you with respect, call up Spencer Heilman at this branch. I had a fraud issue on one of my credit cards since September 2023 and Spencer worked tirelessly to solve the issue for me. I also like how I am welcomed into the branch by every employee who's in the branch whenever I come visit.
