The old lady there told me to cash my check elsewhere or at Walmart and was very rude even though I called and asked if they can cash my chase bank check there and said no!
Janelle in the downtown Fargo office is friendly, professional, and personable. She has helped me on more than one occassion and makes going to the branch an easier choice than calling Chase for assitance, having to dial options to reach someone, be put on hold, etc.
Reese at the downtown Fargo office was very informative, professional and personable. He was able to verify some information I was curious about and explained to me I have some bonus offers. Even though I declined, he was not pushy nor did his tone change. I’ve been with Chase for over 7 years for personal and business use and it’s been great!
The big damn Bank
First off let me say that this review has nothing to do with the branch on Broadway itself. The employees there are very helpful and professional and the services of the bank itself have been very good for many years. The one star review I'm leaving is for Chase CEO Jamie Dimon for his comments that we should "just get over it" when it comes to the tariffs our monster of a President is about to throw at two of our neighbors Mexico and Canada.
