Very friendly to international student and has representative who can speak Chinese with patience.
The people are very helpful and friendly!
There is no clarity on exactly what is required for CC approval. People are busy in employee days and long meetings. Don’t seem like solving customer problems is a priority. Only one person is trying his best to solve problem. Never had such experience with bank in USA
