Chase is definitely the worst for any kind Of assistance. I usually received my checks From work through direct deposit. And I received one by paper for the first time waited weeks for Verification and for it to clear. I needed it earlier for bills etc. and I called two different operators They both go “oh we’re very sorry for This inconvenience, but no we can’t” I went In person to get it at least maybe verified, they go “I’ll email someone to get it processed for you” it doesn’t even get processed. Horrible customer service. I came in to open an account and was told it could not be opened due to some unspecified back office issue. I was given a “direct line” to call the next day if the problem persisted. I called the next day and received no answer. I then called the bank’s main number and again received no response. It appears no one is monitoring the phone lines for bank or account support. This level of disorganization and lack of follow up is unacceptable.

I was turned down for notary services. I called other branches, I checked online, even spoke with their market leadership, and they confirmed they do provide this service for non customer. It was 1 page. One stamp. Simple affidavit. No body waiting in lobby. (Well I waited 10 minutes to even get greeted) not good.
