Walked out of the bank after wasting an hour of my busy day waiting to be helped with my account.. although they claim they offer private client services but not a single Private client banker was available onsite. What a gimmick! Contemplating on switching banks it they cannot even offer decent customer service. What a shame!
Despite the fact that sometimes the ATM doesn't work. I always received exceptional bank service inside.
Don’t promise a promotion bonus for opening an account with you unless you validate it
