You don't get much better or friendlier service than Jeff!
Had a meeting last October (2025) A couple weeks later my online banking was suddenly discontinued because I do not have Windows 11 (not a peep about that!). I've been banking online with Chase for around 20 years - banked with its predecessors right down to Manufacturers 35 yrs ago at least. A HUGE inconvenience! Thank you for warning me of the upcoming discontinuity of my online service.
