I went to that bank to deposit ones- bills and the service was terrible; I felt like I was bothering them. And the manager told me not to come back with ones-bills to deposit. 🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐
This branch is one of the greatest branch’s in TN great team and great attitude. They are some of the most genuine and kindest people I’ve ever dealt with.
Got married and finished legally changing my name. Searched online how to change my legal name on my bank account, called customer service and was told to go into a branch in person and they can take care of it no problem. Go to the bank branch with my two forms of ID. Waited in line only for an employee to come out to tell me I have to schedule an appointment to come back. AFTER I was already waiting in line for 20 mins. It’s absurd that I have to go into the branch in person with my forms of ID to change my name on my own ... read more
Tried to open a basic personal checking account and was told that takes 45 minutes and an appointment. Goodness what's so complicated? The lady of course shared this to me with joy in her face. Rude! Don't give this company your money. Try First Bank or First Horizon for people who care about their job.
