Tried to open a basic personal checking account and was told that takes 45 minutes and an appointment. Goodness what's so complicated? The lady of course shared this to me with joy in her face. Rude! Don't give this company your money. Try First Bank or First Horizon for people who care about their job.
Service is absolutely horrible. My company has over 22 accounts, I was trying to cash a reimbursement check for company business and they wanted to charge me $10 since I do not have an account. I have suggested that we move our business accounts to a different bank. I walked out the door and deposited to my online account with Bank Of America. I have banked with BOA since 1997. I will never have an account at Chase.
I am totally happy with this experience in this branch, the staff have been professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful, they are so nice and friendly, and I am so satisfied!!
Tried to pay my bill. They refused to accept it. Had to go home and write another check to satisfy them. I asked question they gave answer to question that I did not ask. Rude,disrespectful treatment to customer who just wanted to pay his bill !!!! I don't understand why they required me to jump thru hoops just because they wanted me to.
