I stopped by this Chase branch while in town from Harrisburg, PA for Comic-Con, and I have to give a huge thank you to Kiara Palmer, the Branch Operations Lead. From the moment I walked in, she approached me with a friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help, no waiting around or having to flag someone down.
