Last night I was making a deposit in the drive thru ATM. After the ATM took my cash the ATM shut down and decided to reboot. I called customer service and received a temporary credit. I would be careful when making a deposit, I would go inside of the bank to use ATM or teller.
I went to this bank this morning to open up a Chase account with my wife. And it happen to be so busy on the floor. There was only one Customer Service rep and one Branch Manager Christine Cicchella. And two tellers. I asked the branch manager to use the bathroom, she replied to me it was only for employees. I’m like what you mean. She said it was only for employee.
