This bank should look into the general contracting company that ripped off its subcontractors when building this bank last year.(Estime Enterprises, Inc.) Chase bank should of did its due diligence making sure all lien releases were sign off.

Lev was very helpful, patience, and dedicated in helping me resolve my issue. He was very knowledgeable and provide answers to all my questions in detail. He listened to my concerns and helped me for 2 hours without ever making me feel rushed and even followed up the next day. I was able to get what I needed and he was definitely a big help and made the whole experience much better. Highly recommend Lev and will definitely come back to him if I ever have any issues in the future
