We recently moved to Maryland and still maintain a Regions Bank account connected to our elderly parents. We regularly transfer money from this account to pay rent while getting settled. This bank should look into the general contracting company that ripped off its subcontractors when building this bank last year.(Estime Enterprises, Inc.) Chase bank should of did its due diligence making sure all lien releases were sign off.
