We recently moved to Maryland and still maintain a Regions Bank account connected to our elderly parents. We regularly transfer money from this account to pay rent while getting settled. In the past, completing this transfer at a Chase branch has taken about five minutes. At this location, the front desk representative refused to process the transfer and insisted we use Zelle instead.
