Holding a payroll check for 10 days because of chance it will kick back. I've never had a single payroll check held before this nor any issues of fraud with my account. I've had a hold removed previously for the same issue and now they refuse to remove the hold. Bank somewhere else that won't hold your money hostage for reasons they can't explain.
walked in one day scheduled a appointment for a checking account very easy. When the day came for my appointment, everything went very smoothly with a very nice gentleman who helped me throughout creating my checking account along with applying for a credit card. very satisfied. :D
I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. A person named Aaisha was handling our case. My friend came here to open a business account, but Aaisha didn’t even bother to check the documents properly. Instead, she told me that I had to come in as well. When I arrived, it turned out they needed my friend’s ID — even though my friend was already here at the beginning and had submitted the documents for initial review.
