I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. A person named Aaisha was handling our case. My friend came here to open a business account, but Aaisha didn’t even bother to check the documents properly. Instead, she told me that I had to come in as well. When I arrived, it turned out they needed my friend’s ID — even though my friend was already here at the beginning and had submitted the documents for initial review. First time here and the staff was super helpful. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked both of the tellers were helpful. Never mind the negative reviews.
