Personal and friendly customer service.
This bank has refused to process my ID for a credit card application that was denied due to "suspected identity fraud". I showed up in person, gave them all my documents. They said they would get the documents submitted the next day and would give me a call confirming everything was submitted. Said call never occurred. I tried calling them twice on separate days and was told the person handling things, "Archie", was out or unavailable due to meetings, and never received a return call. I haven’t had any experience with the staff at this location. However, considering how new this location is it is frustrating how often the ATM is inoperable. Out of the 5 times I’ve been there, it’s been out of service or not accepting/dispensing cash 3 times.

I'm glad Chase is finally in NWA. Staff has done a great job supporting my needs. Thank you to the bank manager for accommodating my business requests. Best bank I have ever done business with.
