I had issues with my bank account and the Bentonville Chase bank was busy and every number i called to try and resolve the issue didn’t help much. When I called the Springdale branch, their lovely representative, Michelle, was quick and clear to tell me what was wrong and what I could do to fix it. She is a very sweet and efficient person and I appreciate her help. I believe she needs recognition for this or a raise if possible! 🙏
To cash a $51 check anything over $50 is a $10 fee. If you don’t have a relationship with this bank totally ridiculous when it was a refund check from a business who goes through this company highly don’t recommend using them. I know arvest doesn’t do people like that and that’s why we love our bank!!!!
They don’t have a valid phone # listed. I tell you between this and the Bentonville branch I think they have an accurate name Chase your $ bank. They’ll be sure that you have to Chase them 😁

Bad experience!!!! Customer service comes from a lady named Alondra. She's racist and rude, and she messes up your paperwork. Horrible place to go!
