Great location, easy access from the highway. They actually have decent parking. We went inside and had a woman open the door and greet us. The teller (Lisette) was extremely kind and patient, we didn't feel rushed at all. The location was clean and inviting.
If I could give 0 star I absolutely would. They refunded an overpayment from Swepco , then Swepco also refunded. I called when they did have a number and answer lol. The gentleman said no you don't owe us , I asked can you note my account he said not really a month later they just took $: when I was already overdrawn. Ok fine , could you just let someone know almost 200$ I will be closing my account ASAP . Liars never call back
I had issues with my bank account and the Bentonville Chase bank was busy and every number i called to try and resolve the issue didn’t help much. When I called the Springdale branch, their lovely representative, Michelle, was quick and clear to tell me what was wrong and what I could do to fix it. She is a very sweet and efficient person and I appreciate her help. I believe she needs recognition for this or a raise if possible! 🙏
