this is a horrible, horrible bank with horrible service. I went in there to upgrade my Chase preferred credit card to a Chase Sapphire Reserve card the hostess or Door greeter took me back to speak with someone behind a desk and that person could not even see me. He sent her to ask me questions I would answer and then she would come back and ask me more questions and I would answer and it was pretty pathetic for a bank that's supposed to thrive on customer service all these people behind these desks with one customer at the ... read more
My husband and I went to this Chase on Alamo Ranch. We do not bank there but my husband got acammed and Gustavo the manger was amazing he helped us so much even tho we dont bank there.
Zach Boothby, he is incredibly talented! He convinced me to get a sapphire reserved! And no one has been able to convince me! But this man is amazing and convinced me by going over all of the pros and cons of the card, Chase ! Give this man a raise
Went into open an account and were told we needed an appt, wife said we just moved here from Kansas. The nice lady said if you have a seat she would try and find someone. 2 seconds later a guy walked out a said he would help us. I said all we want to do is open a checking account, 1 1/2 hours later and telling him multiple times just a checking account he said we were FINISHED. Not sure why all the bad reviews. In and out for a notarized document within 10 minutes. No wait and everyone was extremely friendly. I’ve made other cash deposits and the likes and not once had to wait in line or wait to be greeted. Definitely glad to have this branch in the neighborhood!
