Went into open an account and were told we needed an appt, wife said we just moved here from Kansas. The nice lady said if you have a seat she would try and find someone. 2 seconds later a guy walked out a said he would help us. I said all we want to do is open a checking account, 1 1/2 hours later and telling him multiple times just a checking account he said we were FINISHED. Not sure why all the bad reviews. In and out for a notarized document within 10 minutes. No wait and everyone was extremely friendly. I’ve made other cash deposits and the likes and not once had to wait in line or wait to be greeted. Definitely glad to have this branch in the neighborhood!
Attended to everyone that came after me. I should’ve just called, they’re of better help in the phone
Went in there for a quick question on an account but they were no appointment we can’t help. The place don’t even try to assist customers. We offer to wait in case an appointment did not show up and they were nope go online and set up and appointment!! Really bad customer service
I came to the branch for help after having a hard time over the phone with Chase. I met with Kiley and Gustavo who were super nice and fixed a complex issue with ease. The branch was not busy and people were all friendly.
