“Unfortunately, I had the terrible experience of opening an account with this bank. They claimed that one of my checks was fraudulent and blocked all the money from my business for more than three weeks. I went there simply to get my money back, and they didn’t give it to me. Terrible. One teller?!?!??! In line for 20 min. A manager cant do simple transactions???? Good thing im here to close my account. But they will offer you water

DON'T EVEN WALK IN HERE. Scammers. Tried to endorse a check, they took the money and never gave it to me. When searching for help, all I had was : "I'm sorry, I can't help you" or "try this number" or "ask for another check. I don't understand how places like this are legal.
Signed up for a credit card after being offered a promotion. Got approved and met the requirements of the “welcome bonus”. Didn’t get paid out. Went to this branch and they couldn’t do anything about it but sit on the phone with me and corporate, listening to the other side telling me I’m right but there’s nothing they can do and nothing they will do. Can’t cancel the card because of the high limit. Will not be opening any more accounts at Chase.
