Chase is the best Bank because their lobby has chairs and a coffee table in case you have to wait. The counter service is very quick and the people are patient and friendly. No other Bank has these amenities.
Went in on Saturday, July 11th to open a student account and apply for a credit card — a simple, routine request. Instead, I was met by the "branch manager," who became visibly agitated, raised her voice at me, and told me to leave the branch. Destinee Hernandez.
