Celeste has quite the ego . Deposited a check and she continued to argue with me about me needing to sign the business name instead of my name (Both DBAs) Told her I haven’t had issues in 2 years at the temple and Hewitt branch and her ego wanted to know the names of the people that help me. She continued to yap for 10 min. She kept repeating “you just got the old lady today” Put this lady in the vault.
I put my check in the bank the day after Christmas and they won't release my funds until January 7th for some reason this is bullshit that they won't give me my money and now there's an investigation on the money. When the money is there the company is real but they won't release my funds for some reason and can't tell me a good reason why

Jose was very helpful, kind, and patient helping me with my account. Great customer service, everyone welcomes you in when you walk in the door.
