Jose was very helpful, kind, and patient helping me with my account. Great customer service, everyone welcomes you in when you walk in the door.
Melinda here is the worst teller and very uneducated.. I use multiple chase’s across the state and she wants to tell me a Waco chase branch rule is something they do nationwide.
professionalism and communication skills are lacking. Getting some changes and making a deposit is fine don’t expect complex asks.
I stopped using my chase account and needed to go by and close it out and my experience at this location almost made me keep it open. The people who work here are lovely, from the security guard to the woman who greets everyone on coming in, and the staff at the counter. I’d been to this location once before and I thought the same thing then. Very helpful and pleasant!
Seriously what’s the point of the access pad for the atm when it doesn’t even work!!!
