"Extremely disappointed with Chase's recent handling of my account and customer service. They recently reduced my credit limit despite the fact that my income and credit profile are stronger now than when I opened the account, and I maintain a 100% perfect payment history across all lines. They lack human decency, I needed to pay rent and needed gas but my account was negative due to bills but I had the money in my savings ($600) but when I arrived their atm that’s accessible to the public after closing was down and I get that but the other one seemed perfectly fine and there was 3 employees in there that could help but chose to tell me I had to go to the other facility after explaining I need gas and rent
