Better hope you don't need the ATM after hours. You're supposed to be able to access the ATM by swiping in with your Chase card, but it doesn't work, and the doors are fully locked.
It is a very continent location for the faculty and students in Baylor. The staff are very friendly, always smiling on face. It can be tricky if you have a complex situation, and the staff might need to rely on external help. Tho this is understandable considering how new the branch is. I am sure it can improve over time. Edited: Updated to 5* after some follow up visits

Very inconvenient that I cannot use ATM @ 8:40am. Why else would you have security bars/doors between ATM & Lobby if no one can access ATM until store hours?
