The service has noticeably declined
One star, and only because zero is not an option. I came into this branch to close my Chase accounts. There was a service fee on my account that had already been waived, but the waiver never reflected on the account. When I called Chase, the phone team told me to handle it at the branch. When I got to the branch, I was told to handle it on the phone. I was stuck in that loop with no one willing to fix a problem Chase created. ATMs inside and outside never work
I visited this branch on 10/28/25 to make a deposit. My family and I were immediately greeted by Kimberly, although she was with another customer. She directed us to Asia, a teller, that was extremely pleasant. This certainly is my new favorite branch!
