Hhhhhhh it is fish market the cashiar on 7/14 at 2:50 PM does not understand what is banking!!! That is why you guys are not a preferred bank and you will not be with such employees!!!
Atm never accept any checks All the other ones work but this one at this place never does.
The worst customer service you can get is right at this branch. I usually go to Hamden Branch to deposit checks into my Business Account. Yesterday, I went to Branford because it was closer to where I was going later. There were no customers at this Branch except one who was being helped by a banker in an office. I went straight to the teller, and no one was there. I waited in line for about 5 minutes, and a woman walked from an office at the other end of the place and shouted to me "have you been helped?" I went to this branch on Tuesday April 8,2025. I had a issue logging into my online account. Asia the Branch Operations Lead was busy but she stopped and helped me. She was able to help me get my online account working again. I want to thank her for this in this important matter. She is always very friendly and helpful.
