One star, and only because zero is not an option. I came into this branch to close my Chase accounts. There was a service fee on my account that had already been waived, but the waiver never reflected on the account. When I called Chase, the phone team told me to handle it at the branch. ATMs inside and outside never work
I visited this branch on 10/28/25 to make a deposit. My family and I were immediately greeted by Kimberly, although she was with another customer. She directed us to Asia, a teller, that was extremely pleasant. This certainly is my new favorite branch!
Hhhhhhh it is fish market the cashiar on 7/14 at 2:50 PM does not understand what is banking!!! That is why you guys are not a preferred bank and you will not be with such employees!!!
Atm never accept any checks All the other ones work but this one at this place never does.
