I opened my Chase account about a week ago, the employees at this branch were kind and made it super easy. Also, because I opened a new account right before I was paid at work, there was a hold on my paycheck. The customer service line gave me different answers each time I called over several days, but the employees at this branch, within 1 call, were able to solve my problem and release the funds. They need to update their hours to reflect reality. Very frustrating to spend an hour driving to a branch that isn't open when they say they are. Seems to be a pattern for all the branches in this area.
I had some very important financial forms to fill out and had no idea how to even begin. Alex took a big portion of his times to help me get them done. Jeff and Michael spent time with me trying to get everything done and went over and above what they needed to do. I have never dealt with a bank that is so friendly and helpful. You're very fortunate to have such special people working for you. They made it possible for me to get the papers completed. I thank them for all they did.
Long story short my sister has been stealing money from my mother with dementia. I came to this branch for help and the entire staff has been so helpful getting my mother taken care of. I highly recommend anyone who needs help from someone who actually cares and has integrity to visit this branch. A special shout out to Carlos and Michael the manager.
I've been with Chase for over 30 years, and several branch interactions later, this branch is the most pleasant. Very nice people, courteous, clean, professional. I feel for Collin that yes, the Chase policies are to hold large deposits for up to 7 days. The staff was very open with me and told me the date that it would be released and it prints on the receipt as well.
