I setup my personal and business accounts here in person. This took an entire afternoon during which I recieved sales pitches and incorrect information that led to junk fees and charges on my account that they later claimed could not be resolved unless I returned to the branch in person for "security reasons". Planning to close all my accounts here. Do not recommend.

Shout out Isabella! I came in at 4:45pm on Friday and she stayed after 5pm to assist me with my troubles! And made sure everything was working fine before I left.
I went here with so many questions, and I had a wonderful woman help me out! I had a bank outside of their company, and I genuinely had no clue what I was doing. She was so incredibly helpful, kind, and helped me figure out what I needed!! Thank you!!
The Chase is ABOVE the Publix, follow the parking garage to the Cary St exit.
