Paige is the saving grace of this institution! She truly makes me feel like I have a human interaction with this bank - she has been very attentive & followed through with a big fraud issue. So many times I have hit walls and see a general lack of accountability with big banks. Thank you Paige! Better customer interactions like this is what keep people around!
Great customer Service
Ran in to exchange bills and omg Tiffany Foreman and Denise Wassmer was extremely patient and kind with me, as a non-member!!! I will definitely be returning to open up a bank account just based on her amazing customer service!!!!
