The Chase app has this location listed with 24/7 access to the ATM and there is a small blue sign in the window that states 24/7 ATM access. Once I got the associate's (who was sitting in the lobby) attention, she just signaled to me "closed," even when I pointed to the ATM and the sign in the window. She shook her head then rolled her eyes at me before focusing on her phone (rude much?). I understand the lobby is closed, but I don't understand why the ATM is closed after hours. Hours posted outside say they open at 8am but online it says 9am... waste of time. Plus the 24/7 ATM is only open 9-5.
Everyone was very kind and helpful! Ashton helped me with my transaction and was very kind and helpful. He knew what he was doing, was fast, and enjoyed talking to him! Overall very good experience!
Ashton , was literally horrible & you could tell he was new & didn’t have any concept of anyone’s time! Samer the manager was horrible as well .. I hope I never have to work with them again they are new in this community & they were literally giving hell , just to withdraw money
