I recently went in to open a Business checking account & left with that as well as a personal checking account. The banker, Matt, was prompt, as I had an appointment at a specific time & it took about two hours to get everything situated but it didn't feel rushed. He already had my articles of organization printed out upon arrival and walked me through the mobile app set up as well. 10/10 experience
Love how this shifty branch tries to seperate it's atm from its review. ATM closes after 5pm and ID completely unavailable on weekends. What's the point if this branch. Like who does it honestly service around here
I came here months ago after hours and the door wasn’t working when I tried opening it with my card, even tried my phone but that didn’t work either. Today (Saturday) I was I the area, stopped by to grab some cash, and it is the same thing. No working door to access the ATM. Complete failure of the purpose its existence. I can go to any other Chase bank in this wouldn’t be an issue, but for some reason this location has a persistent issue with accessing their ATMs before or after hours.
We dealt with Michael Joy at Chase. Promised to help us get business accounts set up along with several other services from the bank. We provided our banking information, tax information, etc and then he went dark. Extremely unprofessional.
I recently switched over from St. Louis Community Credit Union. Chase offers a variety of different personal accounts as well as business accounts, investment accounts, credit cards, loans, and even property for sale. The app is super user-friendly and all-inclusive. I opened 2 accounts, and both the gentlemen were awesome to work with! I am so pleased with my decision!!
