What a joke of a bank. Walked in Friday around 4:30 to open a business account with my business documents and after greeting the teller and advising what I needed. She goes on to tell me " it takes hour and half to open an account " meaning nope we wont help you because we are closing in 30 minutes which fine and understandable but there was no attempt to engage and make other arrangements or say hey we are open tomorrow morning and let me see we can get you in first thing nope nothing.. been with chase with multiple credit ... read more
Stopped in to reset my pin number. Sean helped me and was both very professional and personable. Highly recommend him and this Chase location. FYI Sean loves butterscotch candy !
So happy Chase has a branch by my house. Been banking with them for a few years and never any issues. Had to exchange some foreign currency/ coins and Chen at this location was phenomenal. Thank you again!!!
I stopped by without an appointment and luckily ran into Nick. With persistence, Nick was able to resolve a complex issue that I had not been able to resolve through the Chase app or phone calls. I greatly appreciate his assistance and as a result Chase is keeping me as a customer instead of losing multiple accounts.
Opened a business account at this branch. Had a great experience with Sean. Highly recommend! Team is very friendly and branch is very well organized. Recommend setting appointment ahead of time for a smoother experience.
