Horrible customer service, absolutely disappointed. I had to go to the branch five times just to open a simple business account. Every visit they told me a different document was missing, instead of giving me a complete list upfront. They never scheduled an appointment, so I had to keep going on my own and bringing “pieces” of what they asked for. Zero empathy, zero clear communication, and nobody ever answers the phone or emails, even if they need to transfer you to another branch. Totally unprofessional. 0/10 experience.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by Chase Bank. My experience has been inefficiency, rudeness, and a glaring disregard for customer service standards. My ordeal began with a simple request to update my address, a task that I was assured by two separate associates on different occasions would be promptly handled.
