ATM out of money all the time
They closed my account without telling me the reason. Will never reccomend Chase
Absolutely terrible branch. Do yourself a favor and go over to the Blakeney one. They are so much better. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff over there.
Just stopped in and was told to go to a different location as this one cannot do any banking business (during business hours) today. They literally confirmed they "cannot do any banking business" despite being opened, no other customers in there, and not having any network or computer issues. I strongly suggest avoiding this branch and Chase banking in general.
Please fix your external card reader, can’t use the ATM when the business is closed
