The staff are kind when you can get a hold of them. I don't drive so I need to call before I go if I need the notary. She is not always there. Why am I calling all morning and no one is available to take my call??? I went one day, no one was ahaed of me but because they were in the midst of a project or task, no consideration was given that I had to return to work. I had to leave and go back another day. Customer service needs improvement.
Thanks to the Chase Bank branch staff for opening new accounts and bank cards for my wife and me.
