At this Chase branch, I encountered unprofessional and discourteous service. The staff’s attitude toward customers was dismissive, and when I attempted to address my concerns, I was met with resistance from a particularly uncooperative individual. Bad customer service. General attitude from staff that they were annoyed I was there, and that any clarifying question I had was a massive imposition to them. Though I live nearby, if I need to do direct banking in the future, I’ll plan to go to a different location.
very unattentive and careless work here and also access in the morning to lobby at 5 am for a 2nd time doesnt work.
Terrible customer service at this location.
