Beware, Chase 0 fraud protection is false advertising. They allowed someone to call in and change our address and phone number on the account and order a new debit card. This allowed the scammed to transfer and withdrawal over 17k in 36 hours. To make matter worse, the scammer also cashed a check into the account for another Chase customer. This check ended up bouncing after the account was drained, leaving the account negative $1900. Which now Chase is threatening to take to collections. I don’t know why this bank is so much nicer and better than all the other banks in the area, but this branch in particular is awesome. I actually enjoy coming here. Love Chase

Went to look for funds to get money for trading account, all they kept saying is its a scam, no consideration at all, don't go to this bank
