BAD BANK, WONT EVEN CASH THEIR OWN CHECKS, I SENT MY DAUGHTER THERE TO CASH A CHECK AND THEY DONT HAVE FUNDS TO CASH A $22 CHECK. AS THE CHECK WRITTIEN BY THIS BANK AND THEY DONT CHAS THEIR OWN CHECKS. THIS IS A BAD BANK WHEN THEY CANT EVEN CASH THEIR OWNS CHECKS. IM REPORTING THEM TO THE BANKING COMMISSION AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Went to get a cashiers check, they refused to give a cashiers check because we didn’t have our cell phone with us to tell the a code we had been sent. We never signed up for that type of verification and your cell phone is not a legal verification of identity or anything. I asked what they did people when had no cell phone. They had no answer and looked dumb founded!!! They were rude, refused to serve us and threatened to call the bank security and then the police. They never did but we did!
