Came to this location multiple times now but for some reason today, whoever the general manager is, he decided to purposely come out his office multiple times asking if “I need any help”. I had a fraud incident with my account a couple weeks ago and had to cancel and replace my card which also meant I had to reset my PIN number, etc, which was my primary reason for coming to the branch today. I created a business account online and was sent the confirmation email and a rewards email. Within a week my debit card showed up with an activation letter and I was preparing to fund the account and get started. Within a day or two of receiving the card I received an email telling me my account was on hold for further information and to call an 800 number to resolve.
