The Chase Wentzville location provides a high level of service. I am very pleased that I moved my account there.
Kim doesn't know how to her job. The moment I told her the amount I needed she started making up rules. After she reviewed her policy and I was correct her feelings kick in she wrote the wrong address and locked out my card.
You can tell that the tellers don't really care about the customers in their interactions. We were trying to open and account and they acted as if our presence was an inconvenience. Terrible customer service. We went ahead and went to First Community across the street and it was a day and night difference. They got us in right away and the gentleman who assisted was extremely welcoming and gave excellent service.
I've had nothing but good experiences here. Staff is friendly and helpful. App is excellent.
Kevin has always been great with any questions or needs that may come up. Bank man do good.
