This Chase location has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff treated customers with no respect, and the banker handling our situation was unprofessional and did not do his job properly. As customers who trust Chase with our accounts and money, we expect to be treated with professionalism and respect — not ignored or treated like we don’t matter. The staff here are always friendly and eager to help, making banking feel less like a chore! I love how quickly they resolve any issues I have, and the branch is always clean and well-organized. Definitely my go-to place for all my banking needs!
The Chase Wentzville location provides a high level of service. I am very pleased that I moved my account there.
Kim doesn't know how to her job. The moment I told her the amount I needed she started making up rules. After she reviewed her policy and I was correct her feelings kick in she wrote the wrong address and locked out my card.
