There are no employees in this bank. There is 1 teller and 2 people in offices who can't do a damn thing to help me. I have to wait at least 20 minutes every time I come up here. You suck!!

I have been a long term banker at chase and recently couldn’t get ahold of my previous private client banker and I was deeply considering switching banks but I’m so glad I walked into the wentzville branch and met Kevin! I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and people of this bank. I go in the other day to deposit some coin rolls (?), after being told they no longer have a coin counter. Okay that’s fine. Didn’t know. I go in yesterday for them to deposit the coin rolls and two employees were EXTREMELY rude about it. I’m just a college student trying to do something for myself.
