12/1/25 update - We had some challenges with Zelle since an account change. Daniel was amazing ! He kept at it till the problem was resolved. He was so sweet and helpful. We have been very pleased with all the associates at this branch ! It’s great to have such great service at a nearby branch ! Cassandra Ritter was our rep helping us open a new account . As a small business we occasionally encounter issues requiring professional intervention. Due to our unpleasant experiences with Chase's AI and being directed from one wrong solutions person to another, I instead go directly to our Private Client Banker, Cassandra. Cassandra jumps right in and stays with us through the process taking time to intervene when necessary and to explain bank procedures and requirements. What amazing service from Daniel. We came in five minutes till closing for some difficult transactions and he was professional and really helped us investigate some fraudulent charges. Thank you Daniel!!!
