I want to shout out to Shaymaa at Bristow Chase. She assisted my son, whose account had been hacked, by calling and advocating on the phone for one and a half hours, and he was finally able to access his account and dispute the unauthorized transaction. I'm an 8-year Chase customer and was disappointed by how Chase handled unauthorized transactions that my son experienced. I decided to move to another bank, but with Shaymaa's help, I changed my mind. She is an expert in financial services and customer care.
This has been the best banking experience I've had in a very long time. Especially after COVID, I had some terrible experiences and thought I could no longer expect good customer service at banks. But this location completely changed my mind! All the staff were extremely friendly, and we felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. I read the feedback talking about discrimination and didn’t want to go to this branch at all!!! But had to cause it was the closest one to me , Bernie was just amazing, she helped me to get some information about opening a business account, she went above and beyond and gave me all the detail without me even asking , what is amazing that location has diversity of all different cultures and colors!!!!!
