They care alot about their customers
Every time going to this Chase location, you will be surprised with a new regulation that doesn’t exist in any other branches.
Cannot activate debit card. Called the activation number on the card; Instead I get automated infomercials on medical devices and other stuff that I don’t want. This is a terrible bank… Never was actually able to activate my debit card mailed. Worst Bank on Earth!!!!

I’ll not suggest this bank to anyone. Especially when talking to bank representative please be cautious. I was misguided about my promotion and got the accounts created and later I was told that I’m not qualified for promotion. Follow up response was not very satisfactory.
