Terrible customer service from the banker Sade. Nosy, disrespectful and absolutely no regard for customer privacy. Banker Chris was arrogant, lazy and indifferent to the disrespect his fellow colleague was showing customers. Would give zero stars if possible

Good customer service
I arrived today at 10:30am and although the bank is open, no teller is open or available. I’m told by the security guard that they are in the back dealing with an issue. I was told they would be back in a few minutes. I waited 10 minutes and decided to come back. I’m back here at 11:20, still the tellers are busy in the back. I would complain about the customer service, but there is no service! Why have a branch?
They must have had a change of staff because I’ve only had incredibly helpful and positive experiences at this branch. Much more than the others.
