We had the pleasure of being assisted by Amy Rivera at the bank ! She was soooo sooo helpful and she filled out the entire check for us , explaining us the process too. Highly recommend this particular branch of Chase. The entire staff is very welcoming and helpful
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Online says atm is 24 hours… just to show up here and the atm says it’s broke and you can’t use it.
Just left this location, Shadé, Amy and the gentleman that was there were very responsive and helpful.
