Great service, newly renovated interior
Rudest banking experience I've ever come across. Plus their ATMs are trash with crazy restrictions. Thinking about canceling my credit account because of this place. Really poor reflection on the company.
This was our first visit to Chase, and everything felt new and unfamiliar to us. Caria warmly welcomed us, explained everything in detail with great patience, and helped us through the entire process of opening our account. She made the experience so much easier and more comfortable. We will definitely ask for her again the next time we visit!
This branch is very friendly , chase has thus far exceeded my expectations as far as customer service goes , transparency, and overall kindness. Appreciate every individual who works here...
